Paprika Curry Meat with Parsley Rice

Instructions:

For the paprika curry meat, first mix the paprika powder with curry and oil (thick) and marinate the meat with it (let it marinate for about 20 min).

Put some oil in a pan and brown the meat (be careful not to burn the marinade, otherwise the sauce will be bitter).

Remove the meat from the pan and sauté the onion briefly. Add bell bell pepper and fry briefly. Deglaze with some white wine.

Add water and meat and simmer covered for about 25 minutes. Add Rama Cremefine, season and thicken with cornflour if necessary.

Cook rice according to package directions and mix with the finely chopped parsley. Serve the paprika-curry meat with parsley rice.
