Cut the gherkins into small pieces and the bacon into cubes. Beat the beef cutlets, coat with mustard, salt and fry in a pressure cooker.

Take out the meat, dust the roast stock with flour and deglaze with water. Add meat, gherkins and bacon, steam in pressure cooker for about 12-15 minutes until tender.

Arrange the beef cutlets with bacon and gherkins and serve.
