Instructions:

For the nut filling, put the milk, sugar and citronella zest in a saucepan.

Grate the marzipan with a coarse grater and bring the milk to the boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the nuts, let cool slightly.

Now stir in the egg whites and rum to taste.
