For the raspberry punch without alcohol, boil black tea and let cool. Mix lemon juice, orange juice, grated zest of one lemon, sweetener and raspberries with tea and let steep for 6 hours in a cold place, covered.

Before serving, pour the raspberry punch with cold mineral water and garnish with lemon balm.
