A bean recipe for every taste:

Whisk together oil, vinegar and salt until sauce is thick. Rinse and drain the hominy and beans. Remove peel from cucumber and onions and dice. Dice bell bell pepper and feta cheese. Add everything to the sauce form and mix. Leave to infuse for about an hour.

As a side dish we recommend baguette with butter.
