For the Delicatessen Paradeiser Sauce, first skin and core the tomatoes. Finely dice garlic and onions, remove seeds from chili peppers as needed and cut into strips.

Clean and chop the parsley and basil.

Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan with the olive oil, sugar and paradeis pulp and simmer gently for 40 minutes at the lowest temperature with the lid closed.

The delicatessen paradeis sauce should then have a creamy consistency. If not, simply cook with the lid open for another 5-8 minutes.
