For the pumpkin pudding, mix milk with sugar and spices. Mix the pumpkin puree, eggs and milk with a blender until smooth.

Grease molds or Rehrückenfom, fill the mass to a maximum height of 3 cm and place in the boiling hot water bath. Allow to set in the tube at 150° degrees in the water bath for about 45 minutes.

Serve the pumpkin pudding lukewarm with fruit sauce and whipped cream.
