Instructions:

For the coconut slices, knead flour, powdered sugar, butter, egg, baking powder. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.

Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm. Spread with jam. Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff, fold in coconut.

Pour the coconut-egg-white mixture onto the dough and bake at 180 °C top-bottom heat for 20 minutes and let cool. Melt the chocolate and drape over the top.

Cool and cut the coconut slices into cubes.
