For Ciabatta De Luxe, divide large ciabatta rolls in half, leaving small ones whole, then cut each in half lengthwise. Lightly toast on the inside without adding any fat. Drizzle each inside with a little olive oil, season half with freshly ground pepper. Top the bottom of each roll with half of the ham.

Peel and slice eggs and spread on top of ham. Cut avocados in half, remove pit, scoop out flesh and cut into strips. Quickly sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent avocados from turning brown. Place avocado strips on ciabatta halves.

Remove stems from tomatoes, slice and place on top of avocados. Season with a little freshly ground salt. Finish the topping with remaining prosciutto. Place second ciabatta half on top and dress with marinated lettuce.
