If you want to take the Caesar’s Salad with anchovies to the office, prepare this at home beforehand. For the marinade, finely chop the anchovy fillets and mix with 5 tablespoons of olive oil, the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and sour cream. Pour into a canning jar and store in a cool place. To prepare, cut toast into cubes. Heat about 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and brown the toast cubes over low heat until crispy croutons form. Meanwhile, wash the lettuce and pluck into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the lettuce with the salad dressing and grated Parmesan. Arrange the Caesar’s Salad in a bowl and garnish with the anchovy fillets, croutons and shaved Parmesan.
