For broccoli au gratin, cut broccoli into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Cut the ham and mozzarella into cubes. Stir the sauce powder into the cold milk, heat it up and dissolve the eckerl cheese in it.

Bring the sauce to the boil once. Put the broccoli in a baking dish, spread the ham on top, pour the sauce over it and spread the mozzarella on top.

Put a baking dish without a lid into the preheated oven and bake at 200 °C until the cheese has a nice color.
