For the marzipan sheep, roll out the marzipan on a board sprinkled with powdered sugar. Place cling film between the marzipan and the rolling pin.

Brush the belly of half of the sheep with melted cooking chocolate. Use a toothpick to set the eyes on all the sheep with the rest of the cooking chocolate.

Brush the second half of the marzipan sheep with melted white chocolate coating on the belly.
