Instructions:

For the banana ice cream, cut the bananas into rough pieces the day before and freeze. Fill the Greek yogurt into ice cube molds and freeze as well.

Remove the bananas and yogurt from the freezer and allow to thaw for 5-10 minutes. Peel dragon fruit and pineapple and cut into rough pieces. Place bananas and yogurt in a high-powered blender and blend until creamy.

Finely puree dragon fruit and pineapple with a blender, sweetening as needed. Serve layered in a glass.
