Instructions:

Heat the oil in the frying pan. Fry garlic and onion in it, then add ginger and turmeric and stir-fry briefly.

Add bell bell pepper, leek and zucchini, fry briefly, pour vegetable soup and make 6 min.

Add long grain rice and soy sauce to vegetable form, mix everything together well and roast until long grain rice is hot. As a last step, garnish with parsley.

Form – each to taste – add a few tsp of créme fraiche or yogurt to make it creamier.

Tip: Zucchini is a type of pumpkin and therefore low in calories, rich in vitamins and easy to digest – just the thing for a light meal!
