Instructions:

Cook the meat whole with salt, a dash of wine vinegar, bay leaf spice and peppercorns in enough boiling hot tap water until soft on the stove.

When the meat is half cooked (after about 40 minutes), add the onion cut into thin strips and the vegetables. As a last step, season with vinegar.

Cut the cooked meat, cover it with the vegetables, pour a little broth over it and sprinkle it with horseradish.
