Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Heat about 2 tbsp oil in a large saucepan. Brown the meat cubes in batches in it over high heat. Set aside on a plate. If desired, add a little oil to the saucepan and saute the onion and bell bell pepper until slightly soft. Add chili seasoning and garlic and saute for another minute until soft. Add tomatoes with juice and strained tomatoes. Mix in Worcester sauce, stock or water and vinegar, lightly mashing the tomatoes. Add bay spice, oregano, meat and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 90 min. When meat is completely tender, perhaps skim fat from surface. Remove bay spice and season with Tabasco and salt.

Serves with: Warm tortillas, long grain rice and beans.
