Instructions:

First mix the melted butter with egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Pour in the rum. Mix flour with baking soda and stir in.

Spread the dough into a greased and floured cake pan. Peel the rhubarb and cut into small pieces – spread over the cake mixture. Bake briefly at 180° C.

Meanwhile, beat egg whites, gradually add granulated sugar and beat until stiff. Spread over the cake and bake for about 20 – 30 minutes.
