Apple Casserole with Curd
For the apple casserole, peel and chop apples (dice). Cream yolks, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar. Add semolina and curd cheese. Fold in the snow (from 1 egg white) and finally mix in the apple pieces. Put the apple casserole into a baking dish and bake at approx. 180 °C for about 30-35 minutes (hot air).
