For the 10,000 calorie cake, combine flour, yeast and lukewarm whipped cream/water mixture in a bowl and let rise for 10-15 minutes. Beat eggs with butter flakes, sugar, salt (tip of a knife), nuts, curd and raisins and combine with flour mixture. Then add the lemon zest and also the juice of the lemon. Mix everything well. Add the cinnamon only at the end and put everything into a springform pan. Bake at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes.

After baking, let cool, cut in the middle and fill with strawberry jam. Fold the cake halves back together and pour chocolate icing (ready or butter-chocolate mixture) over them. Let the 10,000 calorie cake cool again and serve.
