Instructions:

Knead together flour with 200 g hazelnuts, sugar, butter, orange water, egg and spices. Leave the dough to cool for 1 hour. Heat electric stove to 175 °C.

Roll out dough 1/2 cm thick, cut out crescents. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Finely chop fruit mix.

Heat milk, let saffron melt in it. Add remaining honey, butter, sesame seeds, fruit mix and pistachios, heat, spread on the moons.

Bake in the oven at 175 degrees (gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes.

Heat the jam and spread on the cookies. If desired, decorate with dried fruit cut into mini figures.
