Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, lightly brown the garlauc in it, add the onions and stir-fry the vegetables until they are almost cooked. Season with soy, pepper and sesame seed oil. Set aside, drain off excess liquid. Separate the pastry sheets and cover with a wet dishcloth. Take one sheet at a time, place a tablespoon of vegetable mixture on top and fold tightly, sealing the seams with a tiny bit of water. Heat frying oil to 190 °C and fry the spring rolls in it until light brown.
Bring them to the table hot and offer garlic-vinegar dip with them: Whisk the ingredients in a bowl. Add more vinegar, salt and pepper as needed.
