Instructions:

Cut bread into cubes and pour the hot milk. Let stand for about 15 min. Cut bacon and ham into small pieces and fry lightly. Fill half of the soaked bread into a buttered gratin dish. Spread bacon, ham and half of the shredded cheese evenly over the top. Cover with the remaining bread and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Mix the eggs with the coffee cream and spices and pour over the casserole. Bake in a heated oven at 220 °C for about 40 minutes. Tip: It goes well with a seasonal salad.
