Make the pasta al dente, drain and rinse when cooled.

Cook a vinaigrette with canola oil, onion, garlic, mustard and vinegar.’ Season well with salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix the cooled magrons well with it. Fold in the bacon strips and the Sbrinz. Put the peas briefly in boiling water, drain and mix with the leaf salad when cool. Garnish the lettuce with tomato quarters and mix in as well. Season again with salt as needed and season with pepper.

Perhaps season the leaf salad a tiny bit more spicy with a little bit of cayenne pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs just before serving.

Our tip: Use a bacon with a strong flavor – this will give this dish a special touch!
