A cake recipe for all foodies:

Break the yeast and let it melt in the lukewarm milk. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 10 min.

Add salt, soybean oil, flour and yeast milk in a large enough bowl. Knead everything together with the dough hook of the mixer to a smooth dough, kneading in the remaining milk. Cover and let rise at room temperature for about 45 mInutes until doubled in volume.

Grease a loaf pan 35 cm long. On a floured surface, knead the dough heartily one more time. Now form it into a roll. Place in the mold and score the surface with scissors a few times in a cross shape. Cover and let rise for another 15 min.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the egg yolks and milk. Brush the bread with the mixture and sprinkle with the soy seeds. Bake in the oven for 50-60 min. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Later remove the soy bread and cool completely on a cooling rack.
