Cream butter with sugar until thick. Add vanilla flavoring, fold in with the egg. Mix flour with baking powder and salt and add, then add hazelnuts and chocolate drops. Line an ungreased baking sheet with parchment paper and place small mounds on it with a teaspoon. Bake in a heated oven at 175 °C for 12-14 min. until the cookies have separated and are golden brown.
