Mix vinegar, mustard, soup and canola oil with salt and pepper to make a salad dressing. Mix with the radishes, hazelnuts and arugula. Lightly shred the cheese slices with your fingers and mix them loosely with the lettuce.
Tip:
Of course, a nice rustic bread goes well with this. A mixed wheat bread with a small amount of quark is exceptionally fluffy and mildly aromatic.
