Knead flour, a little salt, light butter and water into a smooth dough, which is then left to cool for half an hour. Roll out the dough and spread the bottom of a greased tart springform pan. The edge should be about 2 cm high. Cut the ham into cubes and place on the dough form, cut the tomatoes into half slices and spread evenly on the ham. Dry in a heated electric oven 230 °C (convection oven 210 °C ) for about 10 min.

Spread the cheese evenly on top. Mix pepper, eggs, whipped cream, salt and marjoram and pour over the cheese. Bake for another 15 min.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
