Instructions:

For the Apple-Toppfen-Cinnamon Cupcakes, first make the batter. For the batter, mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, oil and lukewarm water to a nice smooth mixture.

Peel and finely grate the apples, fold into the mixture and fill into paper cups. Bake at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes in the oven with hot air. Allow to cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the topping. For this, whip the Creme Legere, not too stiff. Mix curd cheese, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and carefully fold in Creme Legere.

Use a piping bag to pipe the topping onto the cooled base and decorate with apple slices and ground cinnamon.
