For the Apple-Cinnamon-Fleckerl, first boil the Fleckerl in salted water and strain. Coarsely grate the apples and mix with lemon juice and cinnamon.

Melt butter in a pan and toast the crumbs and granulated sugar in it. Mix the Fleckerln with the apples and with the crumbs-sugar-mixture and put them into a buttered form.

Cover with a few knobs of butter and bake the apple-cinnamon cookies at 170°C for about 5 minutes.
