For the apple-coconut strudel, wash the lemon with hot water and rub dry. Grate a teaspoon of lemon zest, squeeze out the juice. Peel and quarter the apples, removing the core. Cut into slices and immediately sprinkle with the lemon juice. Mix the apple pieces with the coconut flakes, some cinnamon and clove powder, sugar and the lemon zest.

Prepare the puff pastry according to package directions and place on a floured work surface. Spread the apple-coconut filling on the bottom third. Roll up into a strudel and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter. Bake the apple-coconut strudel in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 35 minutes.
