Instructions:

Cut a lid from each apple into small pieces and hollow it out with a ball cutter, brush with the juice of one lemon.

Remove the core from the apple, boil with the rest of the apple juice, wine, juice of one lemon and fructose and cook until tender.

Stir cornstarch with water and egg yolk. Bind the apple mixture with it. Whip egg whites to snow, fold in and fill into apples, put lid on top. Refrigerate.
