For the apple-elderberry jam, weigh the fruit unprepared. Carefully pick off the elderberries and wash them. First quarter and core the apples.

Then grind the fruit in a blender, if there is not enough juice, add mineral water until the blending process works.

Empty the fruit mixture into a sufficiently large saucepan and stir in the preserving sugar. Then bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly.

Cook for 6 to 10 minutes. Do not forget to stir. Make a jelly test. When the jam is ready, pour it into prepared jars and seal them immediately.
