Instructions:

Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients listed, rest for 20 minutes. Roll out a little more than half of the dough on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven. Roll out the other part of the dough to the size of a baking tray using parchment paper. Peel the apples, remove the cores, cut them into eighths and steam them with water, sugar, cinnamon and raisins until soft. Season the cooled filling with rum and spread it on the pre-baked dough. Place the rolled-up pastry sheet on top, and press the edges a little smooth. For the 2nd topping, melt the fat, sugar and honey, add the almond kernels and lastly fold in the milk until a spreadable amount is obtained. Carefully spread the lukewarm amount evenly over the cake and then bake. Bake on the middle rack at: 200 degrees for about 20-25 min. Stand for 5-10 min. in the turned off oven.
