For the apple sheet cake, add powdered sugar, butter in pieces, eggs, vanilla pulp, flour, baking powder and cinnamon one after the other into the food processor and mix to a dough.

Peel and core apples, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and fold into the dough. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it. Bake for 30 minutes.
