For the apple strudel, grate the apples and squeeze the juice. Add the remaining ingredients.

Roll out the finished puff pastry, spread the filling on it, roll it up and glue the edges of the puff pastry.

Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg. Bake the apple strudel for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
