Instructions:

First, halve or quarter the apricots, remove seeds and marinate with sugar for a few hours.

If gelling agent is used, mix with sugar before use or mix agar-agar in fruit juice or water cold and boil briefly.

Bring apricots to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Then skim and fill the still hot apricot jam into sterile jars.
