Instructions:

Wash apricots, drain, remove seeds and puree. If you don’t like pulp at all, you can still strain the apricots.

Put the apricots in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add the water, sugar and vanilla sugar and boil again until the sugar has dissolved. Allow the apricot mixture to cool.

Mix the grain schnapps with the apricot mixture in a jar or bowl and seal tightly.

Let the liqueur steep for about 10 days.

Fill the finished apricot liqueur into clean bottles.
