This sauce is equally very suitable as a vegetable dip to the barbecue side dish or entry.

Important: Since this sauce is not heated, the shelf life is limited.

Juice a lemon in a large enough bowl, together with the finely grated peel. Add mustard, apricot ginger, jam, chili, horseradish and tomato ketchup, mix well and season with salt.
