Instructions:

For Arroz a la Cubana, heat oil in a saucepan and sauté garlic and bay leaf. Add onion and fry briefly.

Add minced meat and fry until cooked. Then add vegetables and fry briefly. Pour in strained tomatoes and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

In the meantime, slice the banana and fry it briefly in oil. Crack eggs into pan and fry. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and raisins to the dish and bring to a boil.

Arrange Arroz a la Cubana on plates with cooked rice and garnish with fried egg and banana.
