Chop the onions and garlic very finely. Clean the green beans, cut out the leaves of the artichoke and chop the heart. Add the peas. If possible use fresh pods, alternatively grow frozen pre-cooled peas.

Heat the oil and brown the meat in it. Season with pepper and salt. Add the onions and garlic to the meat. Add more salt if necessary. Add the chopped tomatoes to the meat. Add three ladles of vegetable stock per person and let it boil. Later, add the beans to the boiling broth. Later add artichoke hearts and peas.

Season to taste.

Now add the long grain rice. You should calculate half a ladle per person. The long grain rice should cook on the stove for a quarter of an hour.
