Remove the peel from all the fruit and cut it into immediately large pieces, collecting the juice that comes out.

Squeeze the limes and mix with the juice and rice wine, mix the fruit with it and steep everything together for at least an hour.

Sesame seed crispy cookies, which can be found in any Asian store! Tip: If you do not get rice wine, the leaf salad also tastes with sherry!
