Fill the cake pan with the toast. Cut the peeled asparagus into about three pieces and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes until crisp. The white asparagus pieces at the beginning, the green asparagus is cooked faster. Later, spread the green asparagus evenly in a star shape on the toast. Later add the white asparagus sections. Fry finely diced breakfast bacon in butter and butter over asparagus spears and toast form. Mix eggs and whipped cream, stir in cheese and a tiny bit of chives, season everything together with salt and pepper and pour over asparagus spears. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle some chives over the asparagus tart and serve hot or cooled.
