Asparagus in a Robe

Preheat the oven to 200 °C for the asparagus in a robe. Wash the asparagus spears, cut off the woody end and wrap the spears with the puff pastry.

Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking tray, brush with a little milk and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
