For the asparagus-pea rice, first melt the butter in a saucepan, add the washed rice and fry briefly. Add water (not all at once) and salt.

Bring to a boil and cook briefly. Then add the peas and the peeled asparagus cut into about 1 cm. Keep adding a little water and stir.
