Instructions:

For the asparagus tart with herb glaze, first peel the asparagus and cut off the woody ends.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into slices. Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat.

Mix the ingredients for the glaze and season to taste. Line oiled baking pan with the puff pastry.

Place the asparagus and potato slices on top, pour the glaze over them, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake for about 45 minutes.

If necessary, towards the end of the baking time, cover the dish with aluminum foil so that the asparagus tart does not get too dark.
