For the Gröstl, peel the potatoes, fry in clarified butter. Cut the 2 potato dumplings and add them. Then add the diced mountain climbers and the onion, continue frying.

Just before the end, add the cabbage sprout leaves. At the end add the cooked croissant noodles. Fry briefly. Add the horseradish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
