For the Ayurvedic pine nut balls, coarsely mix the cashews together with the cranberries in a blender. Then mix with the dry ingredients (cinnamon, caroba powder and pine nut flour) in a bowl.

Then add the coconut oil and the creamed honey and mix everything until it becomes a solid mass. Then take small pieces with a spoon and form into balls. Roll them all around in coconut flakes.

Rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set.
