For the broccoli-potato porridge, peel and dice the potato. Cook in a little water over low heat until soft.

Cook the broccoli florets over steam until soft. Add to the potatoes and puree with a hand blender. If you wish, you can also strain the broccoli-potato porridge through a sieve. Now stir in a few drops of rapeseed oil.
