Instructions:

Homemade baby food – First complementary food

For the chicken soup with vegetables and noodles, first rinse the chicken knuckle (or chicken breast) with cold water. Using poultry shears, divide into top and bottom knuckles.

Peel the carrot and celery. Place halved onion, cut side down, in hot pot and roast until dark brown. Pour in water and add chicken pieces, vegetables, herbs and spices. Cover and cook until the chicken is well done.

Do the cooking test for this. If only clear juice comes out when you pierce the meat, then it is cooked. Lift the meat out of the soup, remove from the bone, and dice. Strain the soup and return to the heat. Cut the cooked carrots into sticks or cubes.

Peel the potato and cut into small cubes. Add to the soup and cook until soft. Add washed broccoli, cut into small florets, peas and soup noodles just before the end of cooking time.

Serve the chicken soup with vegetables and noodles with the meat cubes.
