Homemade baby food – First complementary food
For the polenta slices, heat milk and water in a saucepan. Stir in the polenta, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Continue stirring until the liquid is absorbed and the polenta separates from the side of the pot.
Grease a baking sheet with a little fat and spread the polenta to the thickness of a finger. Bake in the preheated oven for a few minutes. Remove and cut the polenta into rectangles.
